Tuna Rolls

Ingredients :

1 x 250g packet frozen spinach,thawed and drained.
1 x 425g can tuna,drained.
1 small onion finely chopped.
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Black pepper to taste.
3 sheets ready rolled shortcrust pastry,thawed.
1 beaten egg,for glazing.

Method :

Combine spinach,tuna,onion,mayonnaise,and pepper and mix well.Cut each sheet of pastry in half and divide
filling pastry sheets,spooning filling down the centre.Brush edges of pastry with water and roll pastry over filling,sealing the edge firmly.Brush top of the pastry with egg.Using a sharp knife,cut pastry roll into 4 pieces.
Places rolls on a lightly greased baking tray.Bake in the oven at 180 C(degrees) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Corn Flakes Honey Cup




          Ingredients:a)


          § 200g butter
  § 150g sugar
        § 4 tbsp honey
         § 1 1 / 2 tsp vanilla essence

          Ingredients b)

   § 200g cornflakes
   § 100g almonds (burned)
   § 100g blackcurrants
           § 60g chopped red cherries
           . 60g chopped green cherries




        How to make:



         1.   Melt all the ingredients a) in a saucepan until pointed .Switch off the flame, add    vanilla essence.
         2.   Stir all the  ingredients b) and mix until smooth.
         3.   Arrange the mixture in small paper cups and place them on a baking tray.
         4.   Bake in the oven with a temperature of 160 degrees C for 10-18 minutes or until  golden brown.
         5.   Remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes.
         6.   Done.

Cane Fruit Vanilla (Buah Rotan Vanila)



Ingredients:

  • 500g of glutinous rice flour
  • Sesame (bijan)
  • 2 cup of thick coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 seeds of grade A egg
How to :
  • Cook the coconut milk first and then mixed with salt (use low heat)
  • Let the coconut milk cool first.
  • Eggs and sugar
  • Flour
  • Coconut milk and then mix.
  • Take a pinch of dough and make it small circle.
  • Mix the circle dough with sesame.
  • Fry.
